Marketing via email. Direct email does
work. How ever consider the following
a-Only put people on
your list that fill out a form on your
website to join and then confirm after
being sent a confirmation email. This
assures that the only people on your list
getting emails are those that want it.
b- Always use a good letter that people
will remember. If the person that joined
your list is interested in what you have
to say, they will be expecting and waiting
on your letter. Do not disappoint them.
Give them useful information each time.
c- Put a note at the top of your letter
that reminds them who you are, and how
they can remove themselves from your list.
d- Always remove undeliverable and remove
requests immediately and politely.
e-. Include their name in your letter.
If possible, include their first and last
name, the date they signed up for your
newsletter, and even the IP address they
were on when they joined. To do this you
will need to find an email program that
allows you to integrate your database
with the emails (software is included

f- Put a classified ad at the top of each
newsletter you send out selling a product
or service that relates to your audience.
g- You may even send out an occasional
solo advertisement to your entire list
with the email dedicated only to the advertisement.
However, you should let the subject indicate

audience. Normally a weekly solo advertisement

product and price is very important. The

something that the restorers of antique
automobiles could use. The product should

mailings on other ezines.
Buy mailings on other ezines. If you choose
a quality ezine that has a subject that
appeals to your potential customers, place
a small advertisement to test it. In my
experience a small ad will not work, IE:
a classified in an ezine. Solo advertisements
pull much better for the buck. You can do
a search on any search engines for ezines
and find hundreds of them. |

There are tons
of it available and with all the falling
out of the other internet companies they
are a bargain price at this time. Do a small
test. If it makes you a profit, continue,
if not stop . |
